What to Pack for a Camping Trip in the Mountains

Are you getting tired of 90º heat and the constant hum of the AC? We are, too! That's why we're planning our next getaway—and there's no better way to escape the summer heat in the city than an escape to the mountains. Camping is a fun and inexpensive way to take a mini-vacation and get outdoors for a few days. Camping is easy to plan, too, so as long as you have your gear ready to go (tent, sleeping bags, cookware, food and water, etc.), you can quickly pack up for an adventurous weekend in nature.

One of the most important things to remember when camping, besides the equipment, food, and water, is proper clothing that will keep you warm, comfortable, and will move with you when hiking, biking, or simply moving around on the campsite.
